Terms and Conditions

MAIN PROVISIONS

JANIRA (roomstore.lv), SIA,  Reg. No. 41503078945, registered office at Vienības iela 1-41, Lociki, Naujenes pag., Daugavpils nov., LV-5458, Latvia, hereinafter referred to as "JANIRA", provides the content available on roomstorelv.com, hereinafter referred to as "Website", and provides services in accordance with the payment, delivery and return policy, which can be found on the Website.  By using the Website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If a customer purchases toys, clothing or textiles, hereinafter referred to as Goods, offered on the JANIRA website via a web browser, such mutual agreement shall be deemed to be a distance contract and shall be subject to the provisions on distance contracts, including but not limited to Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of customers in respect of distance contracts, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the "Regulations on Distance Contracts" issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY RULES

JANIRA respects and cares about its customers, therefore it ensures the highest level of security in accordance with Directive 95/46EEC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act" of the Republic of Latvia. This Website is secure. Any exchange of information is secure provided that all requirements for use of the Internet are met. Customers can register, order products, make enquiries and sign up to receive information about news, special offers, etc. JANIRA never asks for or handles sensitive personal data. JANIRA never collects or stores debit or credit card information. If an account is created on the Website, JANIRA only collects information about the purchase invoice and delivery: customer name, address, email, phone number. JANIRA uses the information provided by customers to identify them and in situations where there is a legitimate request to do so, i.e. where personal data is required by law to be provided to government and local authorities. JANIRA has the right to provide customer information to a third party (such as a courier service) only for information necessary for the delivery of goods. Customer personal information enables us to inform you about new offers, special offers and other activities related to JANIRA's marketing. JANIRA takes all necessary measures for the maintenance and development of the Website with regard to the security of the Customer's personal information to protect it against theft, loss, misuse, unauthorised access, exposure, modification and corruption. Although we make every effort to ensure your privacy,we cannot guarantee that the transmission of data over the Internet or any wireless network is 100% secure. Therefore, we wish to inform you that there are security and privacy restrictions on the Internet that are beyond our control. Each customer account has a username and password. JANIRA recommends that you store this information securely and avoid using automated login information to prevent others from accessing your data. All payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology, which is used by sellers to ensure the security of their online business. It uses important mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity features for secure transactions. The Website may contain links to our business partners (marketplaces, related product advertisements, etc.). If a customer visits one of our partner sites, JANIRA recommends that you review the terms and conditions of the specific site before entering personal information. JANIRA is not responsible for the content of third party websites.

COLOUR

We do our best to display the colours of the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, as the colours displayed depend on the monitor/device settings, we cannot guarantee that the colours of 100% match the actual colours.

PRICE POLICY

All prices are in euro (EUR). All prices include VAT 21%. Please note that all prices and information on the Website are subject to change.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and clicked "Add to basket", a confirmation email will be sent to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, card payments 24/7. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us immediately at inforoomstore@gmail.com . In some cases we may not be able to change your order, sorry for any inconvenience, we will do our best to help you.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

The products are available and the prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the Website and are in stock. Indications of availability are available during the ordering process. In exceptional circumstances, errors or changes may occasionally occur, in which case the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fulfil the order in the most advantageous way possible.

ACCESS

We offer courier services from Omniva SIA. Your order will be dispatched using the delivery method you have selected at the time of ordering. The delivery location is the address provided by the customer on the JANIRA website. Whilst we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot accept liability for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery charge:

Delivery in Latvia to Omniva parcel machine 3,40€, free delivery from 70€.

Delivery in Estonia and Lithuania to Omniva 6,40€, free delivery from 70€.

Depending on the delivery address, additional delivery costs may apply to your order, which will be clearly indicated before payment is confirmed and will be included in the total cost.

After receipt of payment, orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days. Orders arrive at their final destination within 1-4 working days after being handed over to the courier. The dispatch time applies to shipments within the Baltic States. For delivery times to European Union countries, please contact us at (inforoomstore@gmail.com).

RETURN OF GOODS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receiving the product. JANIRA agrees to refund the money if the goods are returned unwrapped, with the labels, clean and undamaged and with the original packaging. If you wish to return the goods ordered, please enclose a receipt or invoice and a letter stating your name and the reason why you wish to return the goods. Send the goods to Omniva Parcel Point Cietokšņa iela 60 daugavpils. The recipient's phone number is +371 26839283. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. As soon as we receive the returned goods, you will receive an email about the refund. You will receive the funds within 3 - 5 working days, per chosen payment method.

RECEIVE NEWS BY EMAIL

By accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees to receive notices, contracts, order data and other communications from JANIRA by email or post. The Customer may also choose to receive additional information from the Website. All JANIRA customers have the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an email to inforoomstore@gmail.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.

GENERAL RULES

JANIRA may from time to time improve and update these terms and conditions. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting and continuing to use the website, you agree to any changes to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us. This privacy policy was updated on 02 March 2024. Any changes to the terms will be effective from the time they are posted.
